Minimum Educational Qualifications:

(I) Recordist : Graduate in any discipline or possessing recognized PG Diploma in Sound Technology. The experienced persons on the basis of their expertise, talent and work done may get relaxations in Education Qualification, if Executive Committee agrees to do so.

(II) Assistant Recordist and Equivalent: HSC/Intermediate or the Certificate/Diploma Holders of less than 03 years Course.

(III) Boom Operator and Equivalent : SSC

(IV) Sound Equipment Attendant

& Equivalent : Class VIII.

(Experience gained by the Applicants shall be counted/considered by the Executive Committee at it’s discretion and satisfaction).

Minimum Age limit shall be 18 Years – must be engaged in Film/Video and any Audio-Visual medium and working in studios and production houses.

Agree to be bound to abide by the rules regulations of the Association and think, work for it’s noble cause.

In Grade Promotion Case, no installment facility is provided. In special cases, the new entrants may be given installment facilities, at the discretion of the executive committee, but if they fail to pay the next installment within 30 days, the amount deposited earlier shall be forfeited. They shall have to give post-dated cheques of the balance amount. In case of before time grade-promotion; the applicant shall have to pay the full admission amount of the desired grade. Such cases shall be independently handled by the Executive Committee.

The date of enrolment shall start from the date of Last Payment made and the fee etc. of the entrant shall be reckoned from the date of 1st Payment made.
